I wish women had more opportunities to fail. Yeah, not to make histories or change the world, but to fail. Fail an exam without the fear of being married off. Fail a relationship without being called a slut Fail a driving test without being told "anyway women can't drive". Fail an interview without someone saying "focus on marriage, career is not for you". I wish we didn't have so much weight on our shoulders. I wish we didn't have to hear people bashing our entire gender for our individual failures. I wish we had more stories of second,third or nth chances to share. I wish we had the privilege to ask a guy to do our assignments for a dairy milk in return and be chill about it sometimes. I wish we were not forced to mature faster than boys. I wish we didn't have to be extraordinary to get basic respect.
