Past is passed !

Past ; gone by in time and no longer existing. And that's the literal meaning.  Our past might sometimes be the most cherishing memories. Like those innocent childhood days...initial school days...those pure friendships...so and more. Yet, pasts are not oblivious to be the best. Some past thoughts might not be relieving, but the most traumatic. The very thought of certain past incidents might panic you like hell ! If you have experienced this, well you're not alone my friend...! I've seen many who are still 'living' in their past. The past, that once broke them up still does it and are unable to get out of it. I clearly can understand their situation. And I know that it's easy to advice, but not that easy to work it out. Mental health ; our first priority

It's about mental health. Here are some thing you can do to help your mental health at least a little bit. While reading this, you might think that this is not possible. But you have nothing to lose by reading it. I can't even cover half of what I have to say in this post. But here is something I believe is the most important. First and foremost is to make sure you don't go into a state of depression. Even if you have, you will be able to return to a normal life. However, it is a difficult task. Therefore, it is better not to go to that state than to struggle to come back after.  The first thing to do is to avoid unnecessary thoughts, arguments and conflicts and be in peace. Which means, try to stay away from things that affect your mental health, as much as possible.  Make sure you are in complete control of yourself.
